Payment

All prices are shown in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). We accept credit card, Paypal, and bank transfers. Local (Hong Kong) customers are welcome to use FPS and Payme (HSBC). Online store can only process credit card and Paypal payments. For the other options please email us directly to enquire. Upon placing an order with successful payment processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Shipping Rate

WEARABLES

  • Shipping to Hong Kong SAR is 50HKD, additional print/wearable item will be free.

  • Worldwide shipping is 200HKD, additional wearable item will be 50HKD each.

ART PRINTS

  • Shipping to Hong Kong SAR is 100HKD, additional print/wearable item will be free.

  • Worldwide shipping is 300HKD, additional print/wearable item will be 50HKD each.

    (all orders are shipped from Hong Kong SAR)

Shipping Procedures

Once an order has shipped, a notification email will be sent with shipment tracking number. Under normal circumstances (and depending on destination), package will be received within 2 weeks of order placement. Art prints would take about 3 weeks. For detail enquiry please contact us directly.

Returns & Exchange

We do not accept refunds, but can issue an exchange for other available items. The to-be-exchanged item(s) has to be returned in unused and sellable condition (tags & labels still attached) together with the original packaging. The exchange has to be made within 1 week of receiving the product. Please send us an email with the invoice number and reasons for exchange to initiate the process. Customer will have to arrange return shipment and bear additional shipping costs.
